VUI is the industry standard term. For video, then just use the term video. Simple, and also slightly wrong in this context as UI weaves into animations if anything. So it doesn’t make sense at all to call it video user interface. Also, there are many other terms for video, whereas “voice” is broad term, and “speak” is limited in scope.
